I create solutions for Converse.com to support customers on their shopping journey.

  • Redesigned the Navigation and increased product view rates and conversion

  • Created a usage and strategy guideline system for business partner to utilize when implementing changing product priorities in the navigation

  • Designed an experience for customers to self service returns and reduced call center calls by 30% and by 50% during holiday

  • Introduced a virtual chat experience that reduced call center questions that can be answered through self-service on FAQ pages


Senior UX Designer  ·  Savage X Fenty  ·  August 2021 - May 2022
I created solutions for Savage X Fenty’s in-store fitting room kiosk, In-store Associate facing system, and in-Store Virtual body scanning app that was a shared experience between associates and customer.

  • Designed the Kiosk fitting room app to support customers on their fitting room journey

  • Designed features to support product confidence and purchasing

  • Delivered features like requesting help from an associate and requesting to be fitted

  • Created solutions for the Retail App to support associates with their daily tasks like returns, exchanges, and bundles

I created solutions for Bath & Body Works website to improve the core user experience, along with other features requested from the business.

  • I defined the UX process and communicated that out with business partners

  • Advocated for user testing and data insights to drive design decisions

  • Advocated for partners to have a user focused mindset

  • Improved search, led by research and competitive analysis

  • Collaborated with vendors to implement auto-ship subscription services

I created solutions for e-commerce web and native apps that united brand voice and UX benefits to shoppers to drive incremental revenue and conversion improvements for Abercrombie and Hollister brands.

  • Collaborated with vendors to implement a customized fierce product experience

  • Prototyped the custom fierce product experience to enable influencers to showcase the feature before it was live

  • Improved product discovery to Category and Product pages

  • Increased customer fit confidence through model diversity and product detail features

  • Increased conversion by increasing discovery of urgency messages

I created solutions for the Autosoft DMS web app that was led by UX best practices and user interviews.

  • I reduced friction for Autosoft users and internal developers by creating a design system
