VOC respondents commonly ask for info that already exists, information is scattered across the page, information conflicts in different areas of the site, and needs to be given to the user at a relevant time.
Discover
After user testing, we found that users consistently expected this information in the Size Guide. To increase discoverability we tested many visual treatments, landing with the combination of a ruler icon and renaming the link as “Size & Fit Guide” to reflect new fit information.

Consolidate & Context
Size & fit information was grouped together and placed in close proximity to the product images.
