
Fitting Room Kiosk
The Challenge
To create a usable and helpful in store fitting room experience that supports customer and associate communications, as well as additional customer needs. Some features include, Model diversity, requesting help from an associate, and requesting a new item.
Model Diversity
We know that customers resonate with model imagery that is most relatable to their body, to supprt this, we introduced functionality to switch between a diverse range on model imagery.

Entry Flow
Knowing that it is not extremely common to have a kiosk in a fitting room, we wanted to ensure that customers knew how to get started and interact with the kiosk. We utilized instructional copy and micro-interactions to guide the users through the entry flow journey.

Request a new item
Because it is very common for customer to request a new item by size or color while in the fitting room, we introduced to capability for a customer to request an item to the fitting room. This request is sent directly to the associates device and eliminates the back and forth for the associate, while also allowing the customer to remain comfortable in the fitting room.
